Welcome to Lunessae online shop . Lunessae ships physical products from Romania to customers located in Romania and within the European Union. This policy explains how orders are processed, handled, and delivered.
Shipping costs
- Romania: Free shipping on all orders (no minimum purchase required).
- Selected EU countries: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over €80. For orders below €80, a fixed shipping fee of €5.90 will be applied at checkout. (Germany, Poland, Austria, Netherlands, Belgium, Czech Republic, Italy, Greece, Luxembourg)
- Other European countries: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over €80. For orders below €80, a fixed shipping fee of €10.90 will be applied at checkout.

Processing time:
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing times may be longer during high-demand periods or holidays.

Shipping time: Delivery takes 3-4 business days in Romania and 5-7 business days across Europe. Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Note: Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Shipment tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package in real time via the shipping provider's official tracking portal.
Address accuracy and changes
Changes: If you wish to change your delivery address, please contact us immediately at contact@lunessae.com . We can update the address as long as the order has not yet been processed for shipment.
Accuracy: Please ensure that your delivery address is correct during the ordering process. Should an item be returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery.
Lost or missing packages:
If the tracking status shows "Delivered" but you cannot find your package, please contact us within 48 hours . We are working closely with the shipping provider to investigate the incident and find a solution.
