Track your order and follow your purchase throughout its journey in Europe.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your purchase details. When the order is dispatched, a second email containing your tracking number will be sent. You may follow the shipment in real time on this page by entering your tracking number below. You may also track your order via the AfterShip tracking portal at: www.aftership.com/track for live courier updates at any time.

All physical items ship within Europe, and deliveries are carried out by premium courier services coordinated through AfterShip. We ensure careful handling, discreet packaging and reliable delivery timelines. We currently ship across Europe. Deliveries within Romania are handled by local partners such as Fan Courier, while the rest of Europe is fulfilled by international couriers connected to our tracking system. Delivery estimates are communicated at checkout and confirmed at dispatch.

 

Digital products are delivered instantly via email and do not require tracking.

If the tracking status is not updating, it may be due to transit or carrier processing. Updates generally resume within 24 to 48 hours. If a shipment is marked as delivered but has not been received, please verify with neighbours, household members or your building reception. Should the package remain unaccounted for, contact us and we will investigate with the courier. In exceptional cases involving lost, delayed or damaged shipments, our team will liaise with the delivery partner to reach a resolution.
