These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Lunessae and outline the rights, responsibilities, and expectations that apply when you interact with our website, products, and services. 1. The Nature of Our Products

Lunessae offers both digital and physical products. Our digital products consist primarily of downloadable journals and similar materials. These digital files are delivered automatically after payment and are permanently accessible to the customer. Because digital items cannot be returned once downloaded, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable.

Our physical products include printed journals, accessories that may be introduced or discontinued over time. These physical goods are produced through professional suppliers following our brand’s specifications. Although we use accurate descriptions and photographs to present each item, slight variations may occur due to differences in materials, printing processes, lighting, or screen display settings. We reserve the right to modify, update, pause, or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.

2. Pricing & Payments

All product prices displayed on the website represent the final cost of each item. VISION PEAK SRL is not VAT-registered, which means VAT is not applied to your order total. Payments are processed securely through Stripe, using valid credit or debit card information supplied by the customer. By confirming your order, you authorize us to process the payment in full. Prices may change at any time as we update product materials, suppliers, or operational costs.

3. Digital Downloads

Digital products purchased through Lunessae are made available immediately after the payment is completed. Because the files are delivered instantly and cannot be “returned,” digital product sales are permanent and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

When purchasing a digital product, you receive a personal-use license. This means you may download and use the file privately. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, upload publicly, share with others, modify for resale, or use the file commercially unless you have received explicit written permission from Lunessae. All digital content remains fully protected by intellectual property laws.

4. Physical Products, Shipping & Delivery

Physical products are shipped to customers in Romania and throughout the European Union. Shipping times are approximate and may vary depending on destination and courier conditions. Generally, orders shipped within Romania arrive within one to three business days. Orders shipped within the European Union typically arrive within three to seven business days, depending on the country. Delivery times may be longer if there are courier delays, high-volume periods, customs checks within the EU, or other external factors.

Customers are fully responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided during checkout is complete and accurate. If a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect address details or missing information, the customer may be required to cover additional shipping fees for re-delivery.

5. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Lunessae accepts return requests for physical products within seven days of receiving the order. Returns are allowed only if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. To review and validate such claims, we require a clear unboxing video that begins with the unopened package and shows the product as the issue appears. This evidence is necessary to determine whether the problem occurred before delivery. Without proper video proof, we are unable to approve a claim.

If a return request is valid, we will replace the product at no additional cost, provided that stock is available. If replacement is not possible, a refund may be issued. We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind or personal preference. Digital products remain non-refundable, as access is provided instantly.

6. Customer Accounts

Customers may choose to create an account on the Lunessae website to manage personal information, view past orders, and access future features. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least eighteen years old and that all information submitted is accurate and current. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities carried out through your account.

If unauthorized activity, misuse, fraud, or a violation of these Terms & Conditions is detected, Lunessae reserves the right to suspend or delete the account without prior notice. Customer accounts are offered as a convenience and may be updated or expanded over time.

7. Newsletter Subscription

When subscribing to our email newsletter, you agree to receive messages containing updates, product launches, useful information, promotional content, and relevant communications from Lunessae. Our emails are sent using a professional email marketing platform that complies with GDPR regulations, ensuring that your information is handled securely.

You may unsubscribe at any time using the link included in each email. Additionally, you may request access to your data, ask for corrections, or request deletion at any time, in accordance with GDPR rules. We do not sell, share, or transfer your email address to unrelated third parties.

8. Discount Codes

Discount or promo codes issued by Lunessae may include conditions such as expiration dates, usage limits, or product exclusions. A discount code cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be applied to orders that have already been placed.

If we detect misuse of discount codes, such as fraudulent activity, duplicate accounts, or attempts to bypass limitations, we reserve the right to cancel the code or restrict access to future promotions.

9. Intellectual Property

All content displayed on this website is owned by Lunessae. This includes product images, journal pages, descriptions, text, graphics, branding elements, layouts, and downloadable files. Certain images or visual materials used on the blog or informational pages may come from licensed or royalty-free sources, and are used in full compliance with their respective licenses. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, translate, modify, or use our content or licensed materials without written permission. Unauthorized use of any content on this website may lead to legal consequences under applicable laws.

10. Affiliate Program (Future Implementation)

Lunessae maintains an internal affiliate and partnership framework designed for creators, educators, and collaborators who align with our brand values. While the program is not publicly accessible to everyone, we do work with selected partners based on relevance and alignment. Any collaboration under this framework follows dedicated terms that outline eligibility, commission models, responsibilities, and conduct requirements. Lunessae is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processes, technical problems, or any external events outside our control. We are also not liable for issues arising from incorrect delivery information provided by the customer, unauthorized account access, or misuse of digital files. By using this website, you accept that certain risks are inherent in online services and shipping operations.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be handled by the competent courts in Romania.
